Yes, my tidying and cleaning is definitely worthy of a blog post

I vacuumed about 70% of the house today, haha. I went a bit over the top at one point, I used the Dyson to clean out the drum of the tumble dryer too… it was clogged .

I also rearranged my room. Well, I moved my bed. My bed was up against the wall in front of the door leading to my attic space next to my room. I get a cold draught coming through it so my cushions have been up against the side of my bed to stop it. Sadly, one of them now has mildew on it, and it was damp and cold when I removed it. So…I’ve moved my bed.

Thus, tidy room:

So half my large DVD collection is in boxes under my bed. My room is nothing special, but at least it’s tidy. Yayy.
I will probably get a double bed some time this year. My parents decided to get me and my sister one as a Christmas gift. This is …due to my sister grumbling about only having a single. She apparently falls off the side of her bed, which I don’t believe. I’m half a foot taller than she is (at least) and I never fall out my bed. I whack my toes against the cold metal rung at the foot of my bed sometimes, but other than that, I have no trouble with my bed. Well, as long as my bed is against a wall, I kinda need it like that.. and my double duvet.
It’d be cool, I mean I have long legs so it might be more comfortable, but I don’t really want to..uh.. ‘nest’ in my room any more than I have done. In a year or 2/3 I’d like to have moved out, be living with friends, be earning money to pay for rent etc.
